Disney’s Belle from Beauty and the Beast was a dream dress for me to make. I was rather disappointed in the one in the film so I thought I would make my own inspired by the cartoon. I chose gold as the main color choice for this dress and added yellow here and there to create what I imagined Belle to wear that night she dances with Beast.

This costume took First Place Masters Class in sewing at Momocon with over 14 thousand rhinestones strategically placed on the gown. My goal was to sparkle when I twirl and that I did.
